1973 C&C 27 Mk II in remarkably good shape for her vintage; no blisters in hull or interior mold; coach roof replaced approximately 15 years ago by previous owner. Interior upholstery redone with thick cushions about 7-8 years ago. She has been great to us, but a recent addition means that our family has outgrown her. She is a very reliable, seaworthy, and low maintenance vessel – great for day sailing and longer cruises up to 7 – 10 days without touching a dock. Sleeps 2-3 comfortably (4-5 if you don’t mind close quarters). Basic details: – Original 4-cyl 30HP Universal inboard; runs well and reliable (we have a second identical motor for parts included with the sale) – Roller furling headsail & 2 reefing points in main – All lines brought aft to the cockpit – Tiller steering with autohelm (never used; unsure if functional) – Extensive sail wardrobe; 2x mainsails, 2x 140% genoa; big light air genoa (~2oz cloth); 100% genoa, storm jib, & asymmetric spinnaker with sock – 18lb Danforth primary anchor with ~250ft of rode + 18lb Bruce secondary anchor with ~150ft of rode – Marine BBQ mounted on aft pulpit – Swimming ladder – ~500ft stern-tie line + numerous spare docking lines and fenders – 20-gal fuel tank – 25-gal water tank – Marine head – Alcohol stove – VHF w/masthead antenna – Depth sounder – House + starter batteries in great shape with plenty of remaining life
